This is my older sister Stacey and her beautiful family. She has two daughters, Isabella age 6 and Gabriella age 4. Stacey is married to her high school sweetheart, Anthony. Stacey is 26 years old. I always remember her loving pink and being the princess of the family. She always died her hair blonde and was so skinny. When she used to babysit my other sister and I we always played dress up, did her hair and listened to Britney Spears. Once she had Bella and Gabby, they were perfect. Bella was a complete replication of Stacey, such a princess, so beautiful like her mom. Gabby was a little godzilla who loved her big sister like no other. Stacey and Anthony were happy, they had each other and a family. In September of 2011 Stacey went to the hospital for bad back and shoulder pain. She then got diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. We were all devastated. Once you hear someone you love has cancer everything else fades out and nothing matters. I remember one of the first days we saw her up in the hospital, she cried once she saw my sister Rebecca’s waist length hair, telling us how she doesn’t want to lose hers. We were all so scared for her. She told me about how she had no clue how to explain it to her girls that mommy was so sick. She was scared to go through chemo, to lose her hair, to gain weight from steroids, and even the possibility of the lose of her life. Cancer doesn’t discriminate, and it sure as hell doesn’t care if you have a family or goals. Stacey fought through, she pushed, and she beat it. She’s been in remission for 1 year now, and we’re all so proud of her. Last weekend we had a birthday party for my other niece Kadence. This was the first family outing Stacey came to without her wig on. She complained about her hair and how she didn’t feel beautiful.
Please reblog this to show her how beautiful she actually is.
I don’t know why you took credit for my caption, since this is indeed MY sister.
But thank you all for reblogging this for Stacey. :)
